Διακονικά Οράρια
Το Διακονικό Οράριο είναι μία μακρόστενη λωρίδα υφάσματος που φέρει ο Διάκονος στον αριστερό του ώμο ενώ τα δύο άκρα της κρέμονται το ένα εμπρός και το άλλο πίσω. Η λέξη προέρχεται από το λατινικό "orare" που σημαίνει "προσεύχομαι" και συμβολίζει τα φτερά των Αγγέλων.
O Διάκονος κρατάει το άκρο που βρίσκεται εμπρός με το δεξί του χέρι, όταν προσεύχεται. Στο «Πάτερ Ημών», ο διάκονος τυλίγει και τις δύο άκρες του Οραρίου στις πλάτες του για να έχει ευχέρεια κινήσεων κατά τη Θεία Κοινωνία, που ακολουθεί.
