Ο Διάκονος κατέχει τον κατώτερο Ιερατικό βαθμό στην Εκκλησία μας και δεν μπορεί να τελέσει καμία ακολουθία μόνος του. Ο ρόλος του είναι υπηρετικός και συμπληρωματικός γι' αυτό και τα Διακονικά Άμφια είναι πιο λιτά.

"...I'm glad I asked...I thought the icon looked like the picture on your website, with the framed appearance...I will place the order today and again, thank you for your patience. I will ask you one last request... please ask the iconographer to make this his most beautiful work...as it is in memory of a beautiful person.
