Βάμματα
Τα αγνά βάμματα αποτελούν έναν ισχυρό σύμμαχο της υγείας.
Τα βάμματα βοτάνων προέρχονται από την εμβάπτιση ενός βοτάνου σε ένα αλκοολούχο διάλυμα (συνήθως καθαρό οινόπνευμα). Κατά τη διάρκεια της εμβάπτισης, τα ενεργά συστατικά του βοτάνου διαλύονται μέσα στο αλκοολούχο διάλυμα με αποτέλεσμα να δημιουργείται το βάμμα. Τα βάμματα είναι πολύ πιο δραστικά από τα εκχύματα και τα αφεψήματα.
